I do the same thing with my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cupcakeproject.com\/carrot-cake-cupcakes-unforgettably\/\">carrot cupcakes<\/a>. If that&#8217;s the case, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jessicagavin.com\/how-to-make-ghee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer\">make your own ghee<\/a> using regular unsalted butter.<\/p>\n<p>Like my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cupcakeproject.com\/hot-buttered-rum-mugcakes\/\">chocolate mug cake<\/a> made in the microwave, cook times vary widely based on the power of your specific microwave. So, don&#8217;t sweat the time estimates I give in the recipe; instead, look for my descriptions of how the dish should look at each point. For example: <em>Is the ghee melted? I prefer warm, but try them both and see which you prefer.<\/p>\n<p>Serve it topped with some crushed pistachios!<\/p>\n<p>Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.<\/p>\n<h2>Other Indian Desserts to Try<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Diwali\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer\">Diwali<\/a> (the Indian festival of lights) is a perfect time to celebrate Indian culture by making Indian desserts. But, really, any time will work since the desserts are <em>so amazingly good<\/em>. href=\"https:\/\/www.spiceupthecurry.com\/mango-custard-recipe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer\">Mango custard<\/a>, so refreshing on a scorching day!<\/li>\n<li><a
