Do not macerate them; instead, add the extra sugar to the recipe.)<\/li>\n<li>raspberries (like in my <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cupcakeproject.com\/overnight-stuffed-french-toast-casserole\/\">stuffed French toast<\/a><\/strong>.)<\/li>\n<li>caramelized bananas (like in my <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cupcakeproject.com\/baked-french-toast-with-bananas-walnuts\/\">Bananas Foster french toast<\/a><\/strong>.)<\/li>\n<li>granola (In the image below, I used apples and topped the French toast with granola.)<\/li>\n<li>Nutella (It&#8217;s really sweet, but sometimes you want that.)<\/li>\n<li>pumpkin spice (Replace half of the eggs with pumpkin puree and add pumpkin pie
