I’ve tried MANY cornbread recipes and this one is definitely a keeper! When I’m lazy and don’t want to wait for eggs and sour cream to come to room temperature, I use olive oil instead of melted butter and it still tastes amazing (a bit more fragrant from the EVOO if you like that).
