I could only find instructions for the filling and a link to the cupcake recipe but was unable to find the instructions as to how to incorporate the filling into the batter and could not find the buttercream recipe. The recipe included canned peaches on the bottom and batter poured on top. It was the dessert for the dinner we were taught – macaroni and cheese, spinach and cottage pudding. I made that for Wednesday night dinners for quite some time. Every time my parents ate it with appreciation like they’d never eaten it before. Now I understand why ;-)
