I am obsessed with this cake and have made the Schlafly’s recipe myself. But converting to cupcakes is the perfect way to pretend you’re not eating as much of it; I’ll have to try it. BTW, I also just couldn’t put in the amount of butter called for in the sauce, but I thought it was totally fine and plentiful too. Especially with the amount of whipped cream they put on there, which I of course replicated. Yummy.
