To make the dough takes quite some time, but it’s soooo worth it, I can’t believe how beautiful those Palmiers turned out. Buttery, flaky, not too sweet, perfect. Never ever will I buy industrial Palmiers again. Thanks for the great recipe and step by step instructions!
