I will stick with the recipe that never comes out quite right, but at least I have a fighting chance. I give zero stars for this recipe.

Wow that tower is a work of art. I wouldn’t want to touch one from there either. It’s beautiful!
How great that Silpat has made Madeleine bakeware. How nice to be able to have those pretty little pillows slide right out.
