In my opinion the recipe is a little bit heavy on sugar. I had the same issue as another commenter, a couple sank in the middle and they were a bit dark and crispy on top.
However the flavour is good, the white chocolate taste does come through a little which is tricky, and they are very moist and fluffy. So the recipe is a keeper for me, I’ll just hold back a little on the sugar next time. (It’s possible that my white chocolate has a higher sugar content than yours and that’s all that caused a difference). Thank you for this recipe, it’s the top contender to be our wedding cake!

In reply to Hayley. I'm really not sure what to make of this. The recipe worked really well for me and Bobbi (commenter above). Then, Dawn said they were overcooked and you said they were undercooked. I'm wondering if maybe brand of white chocolate might come into play in the cupcake itself. This is a delicious recipe! I didn’t add the extra white chocolate chips or macadamia nuts but still so good. Super fluffy, soft and moist cake. Turned out beautiful! Thank you!

No flavor.. sunken in the middle.. and time given made them completely overcooked.. horrible recipe
