I rolled the dough out, put it in the freezer for 20 mins then used the OXO coring tool to punch them into tiny circles. Great for clam chowder!

– hardware cloth
– chicken wire
– paper clips

If you use the bottle opening you can still get a little cutout and then squeeze the bottle and pop out the dough if it gets stuck.
