Hmmm… did it fall right after you removed it from the oven? I haven’t had that happen with this cake. It’s hard to say what might have gone wrong. How did it taste?

Rum really is a key flavor in this cake. I probably wouldn’t try to substitute on this one and would just pick a different cake.
