In reply to Soraida Peres. I think it would be too moist. Maybe instead of mixing it into the batter, you could slice a banana vertically, lay the pieces over the top and sprinkle with some brown sugar or cinnamon sugar.

Hi I want to give this recipe a try vanilla ice cream and bananas.
Will it work or would it make it too moist?
